charmed by the convenience

responsive staff convenient beach

the resort staff were nice and very quick in acting on requests! the beach access was really good and very convenient. it. i will definitely consider another stay here.

the check-in process felt a bit chaotic and disorganized. It was a bit unpleasant! i think this area needs improvement. it's something that could definitely enhance the experience of future guests.

we found the staff very friendly and efficient from check-in. the resort has many swimming pools and restaurants. we enjoyed our room with a great view and the food. the resort also has a private beach. all staff were very professional.

mixed feelings about this resort

slow food replenishment chaotic check-in

the beach access was indeed really good, a real highlight of the stay.

I found the breakfast experience quite disappointing. It was chaotic. every morning, i had to wait for a table, and the food was bland. food replenishment was very slow, and it hardly reminded me of a five-star experience. the check-in process was not smooth at all. It was messy and disorganized.
